NO TEXTING TO BOOK
Please limit texting to emergency cancellations and if this section does not answer your questions! Text responses take 24-72 hours for response.
Card Holds
As of May 2023, Neux Body LLC will be enforcing a card-holding policy!
This action Does NOT take money from your account, UNLESS you cancel or no call no show within 24hrs of apt.
When adding a card on file please select the box that authorizes to hold card on file! this makes for easier checkout in future apts and for you to reenter your info.
If you are unable to hold a card on file, you are unable to book.
Late Policy
Here at Neux Body we are Extremely understanding of life and the possible curve balls that can be thrown our way. We offer a 10 minute window. As long as you communicate with your Esthetician, We can make sure we can accommodate all of your services. If you book and do not show up to your appointment that results in a NO CALL NO SHOW. Please look at the Cancellation Policy for further Explanation.
Cancellations
Cancellations within less than 24 hours result in a $30 fee failure to communicate prior to your appointment within 24 hours results in a no call no-show which is $50.
More than two cancellations in a row will result in a ban.
Rescheduling
If you are sick, you can reschedule anytime before your appointment. If you can not reschedule, please wear a mask during your appointment.
Plus Ones
Plus ones are not permitted in Neux Esthetics, including children. Unless the person the person that you are bringing also has an appointment, please refrain from bringing plus ones.
Touch-ups
Has the shorter hair finally come to the surface? Is your hair on a strange cycle? No worries!! As long as you come within 5 days POST service you can get them touched up! It's very normal and common that not all hairs are reached during the service. If you feel as if after your service you have some spots you would like to get fixed up please let me know! If you find hair a day or two after the service you can always ask me to see what the best way to tackle the remaining hair.
Coupons
If you have a coupon you must present it at the time of service or write it in the appointment notes when booking.
Refunds & Returns

Last appointments
Wednesday through Friday I accept my LAST appointment at 7:30PM. On Saturdays, the last appointment Slot is 3:30PM. Any further questions please inquire by email.
