Your hair should be the length of a grain of rice or a sprinkle! If you’re unsure how long that is or you don’t want to compare length. A minimum length of 2 weeks. Anything past two weeks of growth is ready for a waxing service! If you are still unsure if you have enough growth to get the service you may always inquire; via email and set up a consultation.

Waxing frequency depends on the client and their hair growth! Some clients prefer to stretch out their hair growth so, they can get longer lasting results! BUT, that does not mean you can come in as frequently as you like! Minimally you can come every 2-3 weeks for facials waxes and under arm waxes, or as often as 4-7 weeks for the bikini and full body services. The more often you wax, the slower it takes for your hair to grow! Depending on your own life style and schedule you can come as often as you prefer!

Different individuals their results vary from person to person! Some people may have different genetics, different routines, different LIFESTYLES from you! And that’s okay ! Never compare your results to the next, ask yourself “ Am I exfoliating enough?”

To start always recommend soft and simple with a clean rag or loofa while in the shower. You may use your soap of choice to help lift up and wash away dead skin. Exfoliating helps healthy skn have room to grow and prevents pores from being clogged.

Post service I do have an after care system that can best benefit your freshly waxed skin! Everyone has different lifestyles and skin so if you do feel that you need something different to accommodate your service. Please ask your esthetician during your service what would work best for you!

Yes! Pregnant clients are more than welcome to get waxed! As long as you’re comfortable and your doctor approves, I am a trained to wax clients as pregnant as 39 weeks!

Yes! At Neux body esthetics you may get waxed on your period as long as you wear a tampon properly during the service! Please note that, waxing on your cycle does heighten sensitivity! If you are expecting your period to fall on your wax day. And you do not feel comfortable getting the service done please reschedule 24 hours in advanced. You can reschedule through the sms text update reminder!

Yes! Kids from 4 months old up to 6 years old are allowed to be in suite with you. (In regards to Facial & Full Body Waxes) older kids may sit in the waiting room and wait for you during your appointment.
